Turkish Businessperson Visa 

• New applications for the Turkish Businessperson Visa have now closed following the finalisation of Brexit on 31 December 2020. However, child dependents under the age of 21 are still able to apply for this visa

For those already living in the U.K. on a Turkish Businessperson Visa prior to 31 December 2020:

• If you already have permission to stay on this visa, you can extend it as many times as you want for up to 3 years, so as long as you continue to meet the requirements
• If you have lived in the U.K. for 5 years, you can apply for permanent residence

EU Settlement Scheme 

• If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK. The deadline for applying is 30 June 2021. You must have been living in the UK prior to 31 December 2020.
