If you need to talk or to be heard, you can join the tea time meetings run by the regular Day-Mer Mental Health service every week. Our primary goal in making tea time meetings is to provide a safe environment for you or the people you refer, and to approach people from different cultures with different problems.
Tea time meetings allow you to better understand the difficulties you experience in your life and the troublesome situations you can't get out of. If you have difficulty in making new decisions and implementing them, you feel helpless and aimless, it may be good for you to attend these meetings.
These speaking sessions, which can be attended by anyone who speaks Turkish, are group sessions. The approach we prefer is holistic and is shaped according to the individual needs of the individuals and facilitated in accordance with the dynamics of the group.
Everyone working within Day-Mer fulfils their duties within the framework of the principle of confidentiality. Your personal information and the information you share with us will not be shared with anyone within the framework of our privacy policy.
Tea time meetings are held every Friday between 14:00 and 15:30.
Please reserve your place by calling 07957296206 or sending an email to gulnihal@daymer.org before joining.
