New Beginnings is a DAY-MER project providing wellness activities to break people’s isolation and enable social networks, facilitating their development and social inclusion. It is being supported by Hackney Giving and MIND’s Wellbeing Network.
COVID-19 gave rise to high levels of stress, anxiety, depression and isolation for many of us.
With wellbeing workshops, our focus is on helping you reduce your stress levels, control your anxiety and feel less isolated in your life.
With digital skills training, we will help you improve the ways you communicate with others in a way that will have a positive impact on your quality of life; thanks to these sessions, you will manage your health and contacts as well as shopping better.
All these activities will help you to both sustain good physical health while building positive relations with others in a way that improves emotional wellbeing: don’t miss the chance to participate our mental health seminars, yoga, art, marbling art, leather processing and other activities.
